Monday workout

Did a one-hour spin class, followed by  a one-hour body bar class, and then ran 3-miles with my team.  Lot of steps, but it's really zapping my energy.

Was happy to have a good run today, TM and all.

Did 5.3 miles in 45 minutes using 6.8 as my base speed and did 2 min intervals at 7.5 every 8.  I love it when the runs work!  School and life are really stressful these days, so I can't be happier when the runs go well!  Now if I could just make myself get into the pool.....  The tri is April 11th!
