Expedition Everest Challenge 2009
Just signed up for this today! It doesn't take place until September 26 2009 at Disneyworld, but it was so much fun last year (2 months post op!) that I simply have to participate again to see how much I can improve my time.
I know most of you are more hardcore than 5K but it is a fun race. Details can be found here:
