9 mile ride to my WLS support group, then a 9 mile ride home.
I can't wait until summer.  My hands sure don't like the cold weather and it seems to go right through my riding gloves.  I may just have to break down and wear my ski gloves.

Sprint Tri for me... 300meter pool swim, 12 mile ride, 5k run.... 1:13:56. Then, later this evening I went to the gym and swam 3200 meters (2 miles) in 53:13... See full race report tomorrow... Peace!

I ran in the St. Paddy's 5K at Kildare's in West Chester.  I finished a few seconds off of my best - I would have been happier if I was faster, but oh, well - next time.

I moved to Texas from West Chester in 2007. I remember Kildares! I used to live right near painter's crossing.... Baltimore trnpke & 202... good times. Good job on your race!
