I can't believe I get to start this thread today!
Swam about 400-500 yards in the pool this morning.  Long day at work so had to do it in the am.  Can only get about 75 yards before I have to stop and suck wind for a couple of minutes but it's coming.

Does signing up for Steelhead count as a workout? I actually won a drawing last night at my triathlon club meeting for an extremely reduced entrance fee from one of our major sponsors. So I am officially registered for at least one triathlon.

Hoping this darn sinus infection (or whatever it is) will clear up and I can breath better.
