once around the county park with the dog
3.4 miles.

Felt pretty good.  Really felt good when I realized I recovered faster than the dog did.
He was still breathing heavy half way home.  I was GTG by the time I had him in the car.

After my long run of 11 miles, I was looking to take a day off. However, with the soreness I had this morning I decided on a slow/short run. I got in 2.1 miles, and some stretching in...

I had intended on doing a 5 mile run this morning because it's been so beautiful here this weekend.  I set out to the park got in about a half mile and looked down to the side and there lay a Copperhead he got into strike position and was showing his fangs I just kept going & thankfully he didnt get me.  Now that warm weather is here I need to run somewhere else because I have run into too many snakes and a gator at this park.  Needless to say I only got in 3 miles this morning.
I did a brick this afternoon, 8 miles on the bike and a 2 mile run and folks I felt the transition.

Did my swim clinic. 1.5 hours, at least a mile of swimming, most of it drills on balance and stroking.

We got video taped again but I haven't seen it yet. Hopefully it will be a big improvement over my first tape.

I did a 6 mile run today. I intended to do 4, but I was feeling good and the weather was so nice that I ended up doing 6! That was a nice surprise.
