Sat. workouts

I did an Open Water Swim. Oh. my. God.

Then we ran.

I'm not sure how far I swam. I'm guessing at least .5 a mile. Ran about 20 min. It was really hard to get out of the wet suit when it was wet. More body glide next time, I'm thinking.

I was scheduled to do a 10 mile run, but the break in weather was so superb, that I ended up doing 11 miles. It felt great to push beyond my comfort limit.

I guess the Half Marathon at the end of April is certainly doable.

Wetsuit tip: Try taking your wetsuit off as your walking out of the water. It will just peel right off. I read it in a magazine, and it works.
