I RAN 1 MILE TONIGHT!!
While I am sure to most of you that is no biggie but to me it is HUGE! Just 3 months ago I couldn't walk more than a block without getting winded. I was a smoker for 28 yrs. Along with quitting all the bad foods and pop I quit smoking too.
Tonight on the treadmill I walked 5 miles and decided to give running a try.. I DID IT.. the last mile I ran!!
