Right hamstring pain....need advice

My right hanstring is bothering me. I'm looking for advice as to what to do.
It has been hurting for a few days, but only when I sit or bend over. No pain walking. Heck, last night I speed walked for 40 minutes with some elevation...no pain. But, like now, at my desk, pain. Any advice besides getting my girlfriend to massage it for me tonight?
