Everybody taking the day off?????
Got in 30 minutes on my bike, working on getting my cadence higher -- average for those 30 minutes was 75 so I'm making progress. Followed by about a 3 1/2 run with an average of 9:50/mile pace. Not bad considering the wind and the bike workout. Tomorrow is my first swim, here's hoping I don't drown, lol. I haven't done a freestyle stroke in probably 20 years!!

For Thursday, 3/5/2009:
Was busy again today so didn't go to the club to work out.
Walked around neighborhood for nearly an hour.
Started portions of the first week of the C25K plan (alternated between jogging and walking for about 20 mins and then a 5-min cool-down walk).

Has not weighed myself since 1/2010. Letting my clothes gauge my progress instead.
Ran 39 min. out of 45. Didn't quite get the whole 5 k in this time but I did move up to 5.2 for part of the workout.

It was technically a rest day for me, so I took it easy and practiced my kick in the pool for about 30 minutes.
