cise to get rid of belly flab?
I have lots of trouble in that area too and a tummy tuck is on my to do list. In the meantime I like to do ab work on the stability ball, pilates/yoga classes also have a focus on core strength. If you belong to a gym check some of those classes out or maybe you could find a dvd you like. I have developed some really good ab muscles unfortunately they lie under that dreaded flab that's so hard to get rid of. A strong core will also help you overall with your fitness.
