I got a good stretch in and a nice chest, shoulder and tri workout in.  No cardio today.

Today was a 12-miler on the open road at an average 11:05 pace. Had a little gastric emergency half way in, but was close enough to a convenience store so I didn't have to resort to Chad's sock trick.

Since my runs have been so bad lately, I thought I'd try another one today.

I did manage 5.5ish miles and felt pretty good.  I thought about swimming, but I still have a tired body.  I'm going to change up my routine a bit.  I'm going to only do 2 bike classes so I can swim at least twice and run 4 times this week.

I did a very slow 3 miles this morning, and some stretching. I dont seem to be recovering quite like I should be. So I just got back from GNC, gonna try getting in some more protein and whatever else is in the big tub.

Today was day one of the Colorectal Cancer Awareness month.  As captain of the Hard Butt Spinners we had a great showing.  We started out with a fiftenn minute belly-dancing exercise.  The I did one hour body pump, one hour step, one hour body bar, one hour spinning class.  Now I'm bushed.

This afternoon I did 40 minutes on the bike then I did a 1 mile run on the treadmill.

I didn't do anything. I was going to do some strength stuff but every time I bent down to pick something up, my legs screamed at me. So I took the day off.

I did a 3 mile walk.  Still not running due to injury.
