Saturday Workouts Ya'll!!!

I did a 13.25 mile run today in 2:15,  getting ready for a 1/2 on March 29.  My legs have been sore all day.  I have been straetching them off and on all day. I didn't run much this week so I'm not sure if that has something to do with the soreness or not.  Rest day tomorrow.

Ran 7 miles in the morning

Saturday headed out in the morning for a 5.5 mile run.  It was cold, but not too bad.  At the half-way point, at the top of one of our long climbs I took a nice spill.  Rolled my ankle.  I completed the run, but the ankle is hurting me now.  Hopefully, I'll recover soon enough, since I've got some runs coming up in March, and my Colon Cancer Awareness team needs to start next Sunday.
