Saturday Workouts Ya'll!!!
Saturday headed out in the morning for a 5.5 mile run. It was cold, but not too bad. At the half-way point, at the top of one of our long climbs I took a nice spill. Rolled my ankle. I completed the run, but the ankle is hurting me now. Hopefully, I'll recover soon enough, since I've got some runs coming up in March, and my Colon Cancer Awareness team needs to start next Sunday.
