Friday workout

I did an hour on the treadmill today.
I ran week 2 of the c25k program twice today
once with a 2% grade and once with a 3%grade

Feel good, but tired.

I did 2.5 miles on the treadmill today in about 40 minutes.  Most of it was at 15% grade for a total of 1600 vertical feet.

After was a heavy leg day.

Today was a 4-miler on the treadmill at a variable pace - average 10:42.

I managed a 30-minute run today before work.  Felt good though.  I was afraid it would be awful since I hadn't run since Saturday.

For Friday:

3 rounds of circuit training, working with weight-resistant machines.
Walked around the neighborhood for a half-hour in lieu of treadmill.  Weather too sunny and nice to walk indoors.

Has not weighed myself since 1/2010.  Letting my clothes gauge my progress instead.

Treadmill for 45 min. I'm up to 33 min of running at a time and I got brave and went up to 5.0 and was fine! (Well, heart rate got a bit high, but nothing too worrisome.)
