Thursday Workouts....
I feel like a broken record this week. Spin class again today.
This is the 2nd morning in a row, though, that I didn't wake up at 3AM with my horrible headache. Hopefully I'm done with that now and am getting over the worst of it. I have an exam tomorrow morning, but going to try to get in a little run before that.

For Thursday:
3 rounds of circuit training, working with weight-resistant machines.
15 minutes on treadmill, averaging 2.5 mph with 5.0 incline. Plus, 3 minutes cool-down.
15 minutes on rowing machine.
Mall-walked at a nearby shopping mall in lieu of extra time on treadmill.
