Legs and stretching.  The yoga made my knee sore so I am opting to rest it a bit before running again, (probably tomorrow).

Hi Scott:
I have off today, so decided to get my run in early - did 3 miles at a 10:30 pace.

This a federal day off, so I did a mid morning 3.5 mile run. Wow, was I sore this morning. My calves are super sore.

Today was a rest day for me.  So, I did a 30-minute yoga tape and core work.  Now that I'm running 6 days out of 7, it felt strange to skip a day.

I probably should have worked out today but I'm taking an extra recovery day.  Back to it tommorow.

Walked a little over 3 miles... little bit of jogging thrown in.

Good to be back up to my normal distance even though my speed is still slacking.

Hey Guys,

Late workout for me today, just got back from the gym. I ran 3.1 miles (5k) in 24:44 then swam a nice and easy 2000 meters (1.25 miles), then did tricep workout ... Skull crushers, tri pull downs, tri extensions. Have a good one everyone...
