Sunday Workouts!!

Hey Everyone!  I'll get this one started.  I did the 4 mile run that I didn't do yesterday.  I really did not want to run today, but I forced my self to do it.  I am glad I did - I always feel better after a run.

I hit the outlets, and got some great buys at the Nike and Under Armor outlets.  A little reward for getting that run in.

What is everyone else doing today??

Today, I did my long run outside.  It was pretty chilly when I started out at 16 degrees this morning.  But, 9 miles at a 10:26 pace heated things up nicely.

 I got my drain out yesterday (9 long weeks!) and doc gave the ok to return to exercising.  So today I got in a 2 mile RUN!!!!  Slow and tiring but it was a run.  Looking forward to getting my base back up!

I'm trying to keep 5 pre-teen girls from killing each other. I think I won't have any energy to left after that for exercise.

No exercise today -- felt a cold come on immediately after my run yesterday.  I'm resting today and loading up on fluids and vit C in hopes of keeping it at bay.  I took off work tomorrow so I'd like to be well enough to take the kids back out and run then.

Got up this morning and did an hour-long spin class.  I was glad I didn't plan a brick today, my legs were rubber when I got done.  I did, however, plan a swim.  Would've been happy with 700 yd but made it a full 1000.
