Saturday's workout

Since I'm adding my 2 cents to other posts, I better put in mine.

I set out to do 6 miles or so today, and accomplished 6.2.  I alternated between 6.8 and 6.9 every 10 minutes until the end and did most of the last .75 mi at 7.3 and finished it off at 7.5.  I haven't run much this week, so it was nice to know I still could.  I'm starting to feel quite a bit better.

Took the family out to the football field where I train, and we all had a good time.  I walked 1/2 mile each for warm-up/cooldown and ran 2 miles in 20:30.  Two weeks until my first 5k!
