Friday's Workout!

I went to the gym this morning to do a speed workout.  I didn't quite complete the workout but I was pleased anyway.

I did 3 one mile repeats in 8:00, 7:45 and I did 3/4 at 7:30 pace.  Since I didn't finish the last one, I then did 1/4 in 90 seconds.  I was too beat to lift.

For Friday the 13th:

3 rounds of circuit training, working with weight-resistant machines.
15 minutes on treadmill, averaging 2.5-3.0 mph with incline range of 5.0-10.0.  Plus, 3 minutes cool-down.
15 minutes on rowing machine.

Hope to go walking in the neighborhood or mall-walking in a large shopping mall tomorrow, depending on the weather.
