Hit the gym early - just after the boy went to school.
20 minutes of stretching
30 minutes walking 4.1 mhp 3% incline
Hammer strength machine - chest - 3 sets
Incline dumbell press - 3 sets - 55, 65, 80
military press - 3 sets - 55 - 60- 65
front latteral raises - 3 sets - 25 - 30 - 30
Skull crushers - 3 sets - 60 - 70 - 70
close grip bench press - 3 sets - 95 - 145 - 145

Hey Scott,
I got to the gym early too and began with a 2000 Meter swim in 35:35, then headed into my 1 hour spin class which was all interval work, then I did a 3.1 mile Brick in 26:52. I then soaked and stretched in the Sauna for about 20 minutes and called it a day. Feeling great and I hope everyone else is great.....

After spending the morning "spring cleaning," I took to the streets to enjoy the sunshine and beautiful blue skies. Since I forgot to charge my Garmin, I just ran without thinking about time or pace. It was refreshing care-free 3 miles. I followed up with stretching and core work.
