Tuesday's workout!
I ran 3 miles and walked an additional 2.25 this morning. I also stretched.

I ran 6.2 miles in 56:22 on the treadmill (Blah) , then did a short 30 minute spin followed by an 8 minute mile brick back on the dreadmill. I hope everyone is well...

Finally got back to exercising!
I did an interval workout at the track... a little over an hour including the stretching after and warm-up.
