Monday workout
I was at the gym for WAY too long this morning. I did a lot of sitting around which is nice sometimes for some decompression. Anyway, when I wasn't sitting around, I did:
20 minutes of stretching
2 miles on the eliptical (about 22 minutes)
Incline dumbell press
cable crossovers
dumbell military press
front raises
skull crushers
and about 4 variations of tricep extensions
I have been hitting the weights very hard over the past two weeks. I need to build those muscles to burn calories!!!

This is my short day - just 2 miles, but I did them outdoors.

I went to the gym tonight and did a cardio kickboxing class followed by a body wedge class. My muscles are already talking back, I'm not looking forward to tomorrow.

I went to the gym and did the following:
35 minutes on stationary bike
15 minutes on the elliptical
2 mile brisk walk on the track
30 minute circuit workout without the aerobics
I felt better today than last week, but still trying to get back in the routine after being out with gallbladder surgery. And found out today that I need a port repair. I am so tired of being put under.

I actually made it to the gym early this morning! Finally able to breathe again so I can sleep.
Run day today.
40 minutes with occasional bursts something like this:
14.5 at 6.7; 1 at 7.1
5 at 6.8; 1.5 at 7.2
5 at 6.9; 2 at 7.3
5 at 7.0; 3 at 7.5
3 at 6.9
Run felt pretty good today. I didn't expect to be able to do the faster speeds since it was so hard yesterday. Guess you never can tell till you get going.
