Starvation

110 of it was pre-surgery, required by the doctor before he would do surgery.  That was truly just not eating and exercising.  I was in a hurry to get the surgery, and I didn't want any more delays.  They said lose 20% of my body weight and I lost that plus a bit.  I didn't want them to be able to change their mind or say oh you can lose a few more pounds.

After the surgery it was 143 pounds for my 1 year since surgery.
Heck I could probably have been done 2 months ago with my goal weight, but I slacked a bit as I got closer to goal.

Unfortunately now I can eat more and more things appeal to me, so I'm back to willpower and exercise to maintain things.  It's not so bad because exercise is much easier and it's only an hour a day.  I still have to watch the snacking, that is the boogey man in the closet for me.  Especially at night.  I really tend to get the munchies at night.
