Work got in the way of my training last night, so I had to make it up tonight.  I did a 4 mile run.

I had a light day today 1 hour pilates/yoga class and 30 minutes of upper body weight training.  I was really relaxed after the class.

Treadmill, 47 min. Walked 5, ran 25, walked 5, ran about 8, walked about 4 (Yes, I lost track. )

I am so slow though. I want to run a 10 min. mile and I'm really far off from that.

Dan,

I did another run during my lunch hour. I am beginning to like this whole running thing during lunch. Anyways, I did roughly 3 miles in 35 miles. About half of it was trail running on snow.
