Walked around neighborhood for about an hour in the morning.
3 rounds of circuit training, working with weight-resistant machines.
10 minutes on stationary recumbent bike: rode about 1.5 miles.
10 minutes on treadmill: walked about 1/2 mile at average of 3 mph.
