Thursday workouts ...

Went thru a group class that involves 1/3 step, 1/3 lifting barbells, and 1/3 floor exercises.
3 rounds of circuit training, working with weight-resistant machines.
10 minutes on treadmill: walked about 1/2 mile at an average of 2.5 mph.
10 minutes on stationary bike: rode a little over a mile.
10 minutes on stationary recumbent bike: rode about 1.5 miles.
Tried out stair climber and climbed 2 "flights".  Will try again later.
Water-jogged in swimming pool for about 1/2 hour.

Has not weighed myself since 1/2010.  Letting my clothes gauge my progress instead.
