Hello???  Anyone exercise today? 

I did a 1 hour Spin class and a 1 hour weight lifting class!

I also saw a great quote on a reader board ... "Success doesn't come to you.  You have to go get it!"  I liked that one!

Great quote and better workout.

I am now walking without a crutch and removed the bandages from my fingers to soak and the wounds have all closed up.  I could be back in the game  in a month or so.

A couple of my favorite quotes:

Success = 1% inspiration and 99% perspiration

There are hundreds of rules for success.  None of them wor****il you do.

You guys keep me inspired and hungry to get back out there.  Stay healthy!!

Cross train day today.  Better enjoy these Thursdays cuz they will turn to running days in a few weeks.  Yikes.

35 min on elliptical, covering 2.75 miles.

Today was hectic, so I squeezed in a 2-mile run after work before taking my son to basketball practice.  I also did the ab workout featured in this month's Runner's World.

Cassie,

I have been doing the same abs workout. I found the article to be very good and informative.

It seems some of my issues in the long run races and triathlons may go back to lack of core strength and stability.
