Today is my 1 year surgery anniversary.

What I have given up:
In some combination fo the following I have cut or burned 885,500 calories


1,639 Big Mac’s (540 cal each)
1,383 Jack in the Box Large French Fries (640 cal each)

2,270 Round Table Ulti-meat Pan Pizza slice (390 cal each)

8,845 (8 oz.) Pepsi Colas (100 cal each)

What I have gained:

New friends here!

Being able to swim, bike, run and mostly enjoy it

Hopefully added years onto my life.  Years I get to enjoy with my family.

Being able to buy clothes off the rack. 
Being able to actually find and wear exercise clothes.

Scott,

   You are the man bro! What an awesome year. You must realize how far you have come. The things that you have gained but aren't listed probably include some of the following.....
-Going to a restraunt and not having to worry about fitting in a booth
-Worrying if you fit in at the gym
-Wondering if everyone is staring at your portions
-Depened respect from your family for your efforts and perseverance
-Much gained respect from all your friends here on the Excercise and Fitness board!
