Hi Everyone!
I did a 4 mile run today - still cold in NJ, but warm enough for me to run outside - yah!!  

Do, what did everyone else do today??

Hey Elisa,

It's cool that you got out and ran outside and got away from the dreadmill! I did a 1 hour spin class followed by a 3.1 mile brick in 30 minutes. Not once today did my heart rate get above 139..... My base is really coming together. I have a 12 mile run on the plate tomorrow morning.. Take care and will catch ya tomorrow.

Hey
I did an hour ball fit class, 1hour spin class, 20 minutes on stairmaster, 20 minutes of floor work focusing on the glutes, walked the dog for 20 minutes.

Hey, I love the dreadmill! (It's not as hard on my knees.)

Speaking of which, 46 min., 3.08 mi., 30 of it running.
