Hey Victor,

I think it is important that you do both! Muscle burn fat twice as fast. I recommend a split program and incorporate some cross training and cardio. My two cents...

At the fitness lecture I went to at an OH event, Jeremy Gentles emphasized how important it is to do strength training to build up muscle mass.

I think you need to do both. They do different things to your body and both are necessary.
