Thursday Workouts! Is there anybody out there?

For me, I continued my Crescent City Classic 10k training.  Walked 2 miles, jogged 1/2 mile.  That's all for me today.

Hey Vampi,

     I was thinking the same thing, been a little quiet around here. I think most people are probably just getting back into the swing of things after Disney Marathon and getting adjusted to the New Year. Anyways, good to see you posted. Here is what I did today...

Ran 6.2 miles on treadmill in 58:40.. Was really working on keeping my heart rate under 140, but I averaged 140 dangit!!! I followed that with an ascent up 98 flights of stairs in 20 minutes on stairmaster. I feel great considering I swam a 10k yesterday! Anywho, I hope everyone is well and will talk to you all soon...

It's quiet here but not at my gym. Who are these people and when are they going to go away so I don't have to fight for the machines?!

Ran 4 easy miles downtown.  Cold but pleasant and good to feel that the legs were sufficiently recovered from Sunday.
