Here we are 1 year surgiversary. Thanks again to everyone for friendship, support, and encouragement. Let's hear what everyone did today. I set out for 10k this morning, but only had time for 5 mile swim (8000 meter) I will go back tonight and finish my 2000 m....My shoulders feel like i got hit with a hammer!!! Good times... Anyways talk to you all soon...

UPDATE:

I went back to the gym after work and finished the 2000 meters I had to finish my 10K swim today. I DID IT!!! Total swim time 3:19:22 which averages out to 32:10 miles. It was such a brutal swim, but one I can say I did. I am going to rest my body now. Thanks to all of you again, you guys are the best!

Congrats on all your success in the last year!

My workout today consisted of 2 mile walk, 1/2 mile jog, some ab work with the exercise ball, some work at the machines at physical therapy (iliotibial band issues).   That's it.  Just can't wait till my body decides it's going to let me do what I want.

Happy Surgiversary!

I did 35 minutes on elliptical and 35 minutes on stairmaster; 100 crunches. Now I am gonna go hump.  Oh, is that too much information?! Hey, it counts as exercise.   My hubby insists that it's the LAW on HUMP DAY!

Happy Sugiversary!  You are really hitting it hard.
I got back on track last night with a one-hour spin class.  It was fun to share the bling with all the trainers.

Happy surgiversary and congrats on your awesome achievements!  I did a spin class (intervals) 30 minutes on stairmaster, walked about a mile on the track, 45 minutes of strength training heavy on the legs today and some ab work.
