Only a 3 mile walk today!  I found at yesterday at physical therapy that I have iliotibial band issues.  Talk about annoying.  Two steps forwards and one step back.  SIGH

Hi Everyone!

Just got home from a few hours in the gym: 50 minutes stairmaster; 30 minutes elliptical; 30 minutes treadmill; 100 crunches; 100 leg presses, various resistance training, not enough to really count!

I did a 45-minute spin class today at a low intensity level for active recovery after the Disney marathon.
