Question for Lapbanders

That's the thing, you wouldn't fear getting stuck if you weren't too tight.  I am not trying to knock you.  I know that you have lost your weight very quickly and seem content.  We have to do what works for us.  Unfortunately keeping a tight band usually doesn't end well.

With a reasonable fill, most of us can still eat a reasonable amount of carbs.

      No I understand what you mean about keeping a tight fill, I just have always thought they were off limits, so I never bothered to even attempt to eat  them at all.  I guess I should get it cleared up with my Dr. next week about  those foods. I just kept focusing on the "eat protein first" thing,  I may have assumed it was not allowed.  Oh ,I tend to exercise like a 
 fiend = fast wt.loss. Thanks for sharing your experience with me on this.
