Saturday Workouts, and Happy Surgiversary to me!!
Hi Everyone!!
We are supposed to be getting some snow here in NJ, so I got my 3 mile run in early - did it at a good pace for me - 10:38.
Today is my 3 year surgiversary - yah me!
I weighed 360 lbs the day of surgery - I had my husband take some "before" pics a few days prior
I finally made my weight loss goal in the beginning of December - I lost 200 lbs
Life is good!
What's everyone else doing today??

Congrats on 3 successful years, you rock! You look great too! I went out for a daring ride in 35 degree weather with steady 20-25 MPH windswith 40mph gusts. I got in 11 miles, averaged 16.6MPH and was cool with that. Went to the gym swam 2000 m in 35 minutes and am good for today. Next week is scheduled to be a BIG training week. I hope everyone does well in Disney and hope the rest of us have an awesome weekend.

I am waiting on my running buddy to call so we can go do our 3 mile walk. I decided to follow the 10k training schedule as it is, so only a walk today - no running . If I feel like doing more than the training scheduel suggestions, I do something else besides running.
I already did a 7 mile bike ride earlier which was really nice since the weather is so beautiful here today.
