Thursday Workouts!!

Hi Everyone!!

I'll get this one started.  I did a 4 mile run after work.  I have to say, I'm not a big fan of running in the cold / dark.  Something about that combo - LOL!!  But, when I am done, I am happy I did it.

So, what did everyone else do today???

Pilates - 50 min.

And this really cool thing happened. All the pilates geeks were going along doing all the modifications to make things harder while I was doing the modifications to make things easier. Then we were given this one exercise that I thought was great fun and, not easy exactly, but at least totally doable and it kicked their butts!

Cold and dark!!  That's my favorite time to run!!  REALLY!  Of course, living in Louisiana, it's never really THAT cold and it's better than the blazing, swampy weather we have in the summer.

Anywho, I did a 2-1/2 walk tonight, some cardio ball ab work, and 20 minutes of stretching.

I did 25 minutes on the stairmaster than I had an hour session with my coach.  We did a few speed drills then a good total body strength session.
