Wednesday.... Hump Day Workouts...
Good Morning Everyone,
I hope you all are well! Today was an early morning for me. I got up at 3:30am and was at the gym by 5am. I Had strength training on my back on the menu today. I did straight arm pull downs, Bent Barbell rows, Seated row, and Hyper Extensions with a 45LB plate held tight to my chest. Then, I ran a fast 1 mile warmup in 7:21, that got the heart pumpin for an INTENSE 1 hour spin class. I followed spin class with a 30 minute "Brick" run.. Did 3.75 miles. I then went to the stairmaster and climbed 100 stories in 20 minutes.... A very intense day at the gym... I will go back tonight for more punishment!!!! I love it. Let's hear what ya'll did today.
