I did something revolutionary. I ran OUTSIDE! LOL

I did 44 min (approx) starting with Couch-to-5K Week V and then just walking the rest of the way home.

I got infected with some weird virus, or had some bad food, or I don't know - but today ended up being a rest day because I started cleaning and just..kept..going. I rearranged two rooms and cleaned out a closet and all the dressers in the house. Even did bathrooms.

Hope this goes away.
