Well everyone doesn't have PS and not everyone who has PS gets their arms done.

What I have found is that I lose some, my arms (and thighs) sag, then they tighten up. Then I lose some more and it starts all over again. Also, as I do strength training and get some muscle definition, it disguises the sag a bit.

That said, I'm always going to be a bit saggy there and I don't intend to get my arms done. It's not worth it to me because my arms just aren't bad enough.

My arms didn't need surgery, curls and more curls in the gym was the reason.

Can curls help the "bat wings" ?  Like the tricep area?

Yes it does just keep doing them. I walk around my house or when I'm sitting I will lift things to help with my arms.   Good Luck let me know how your doing.   kay
