Tuesday's workout!
I did 35 minutes on the elliptical set at Fat Burn. I would only let me do 35 mins. I think I need to look for some aerobics classes or something as I'm getting bored with the machines. There's a class called "Hard Core" on Monday afternoons that sounds intriguing or killer depending on how my mind is working at the moment. Also did free weights and some exercises on the fitness ball when I got home from the gym.
