Well I did'nt win!!!
I had hoped for greater results. I have no one to blame but myself!!
This did get back moving in the right direction so I plan to get tested every 6 weeks!!

I really did'nt do a program. I tried to cut back on the bad stuff and get in more protein. I did weights about 3 times a week. Running and spinning about 3-4 time a week.
