Body Fat %: 23 -- 20

Measurements:

Shoulders: 51 -- 51
Waist: 45.5 -- 43
Hips: 47 -- 47
Thigh: 26 -- 23
Biceps: 16.5 -- 16.5

Well I did'nt win!!! I had hoped for greater results. I have no one to blame but myself!! This did get back moving in the right direction so I plan to get tested every 6 weeks!!

Looks like you did pretty darn good to me!  2.5 inches off the waist and 3 off the thighs is significant.

I really did'nt do a program. I tried to cut back on the bad stuff and get in more protein. I did weights about 3 times a week. Running and spinning about 3-4 time a week. I know I could have done alot better if I was on some kind of program and did'nt like to I'm working on getting better with that..
