I don't know what ya'll did for the holidays, and I don't know what ya'll ate.I didn't eat any sweets, but man I ate a lot of pot roast and potatoes and gravy....Needless to say, a big workout was in order, sooooooooo.....

Swam 5000 meters this morning (3.1 miles) in a PR 1:22:19 Yeehawwwww!

Hey
I'm slacking, we are having a huge party tommorow and I'm getting ready for that.  I havnt had alot of sweets but I hit the deli meat & cheese tray pretty good Xmas Eve.  We are having lots of food here tommorow so hopefully I'll keep myself in check for the next 2 days.   I'm going to try to sneak in an hour workout tonight.  Party tommorow and  back to business Sunday.

Today was strength training and a 45-minute spin class.  The instructor didn't show, so we improvised and still worked up a good sweat.

I splurged on a little movie theater popcorn and M&Ms for dinner.
