Hey Ya'll,

I hope you all are well. Let's hear what everyone did today.

I swam 1000 meters, then did 45 minute spin class with a lot of hill work, then did a 3.1 mile "Brick" in 27:28. Man, it felt good to get back into the flow after the last week of recovery from marathon. I look forward to seeing what you guys did today. Take care...

Looks like you're right back into the swing of things with no lingering effects!

I had PT, followed by my one-hour spin class.  I don't think it'll be much longer and the PT will discharge me.  I have a feeling, he wants to see me through this marathon before he cuts me loose.

Good work Cassie and Dan!!!

Today was the first time on my bike since IMAZ. Interesting how life "gets in the way!"
I was recovered just a few days after the race...but shizzle hapizzles!
-Vacation
-Got back and had to prepare for 4 chorus performances the following week
-Got sick.
VOILA!

So, I did "Death Spin" That's what I call a local spin coach's class. He usually beats us up and yells at us. Today he did a technique class. We worked a lot on single leg technique. I'm glad to report my form is still strong. B/c I've been a little woozy as of late, I thought I would hit puke point, but luckily, everything sayed IN!

Tomorrow morning I'll either swim or run.

I did an 8 hour last minute Xmas shopping frenzy followed with a 45 minute cycling class (intervals) and I topped it off with a 20 minute run on the treadmill.

37 minutes on the treadmill. I just started week 4 of couch-2-5k and thought I'd DIE during the last 5 minute run. But I didn't.

Being in taper mode is tough.  I got in a one-hour spin class.
