Thursday Workouts

Well, it's Friday and no one started a Thursday thread, so I will.

I did my first brick (of sorts) in months yesterday.  Did 50 minutes of good, hard spinning and 2 miles on the tread!  It was pretty cool to still be able to do it.  The only thing that kept me from 3 miles was the potty.  Dang it!

I was supposed to do the last run with my group, but the coach had us run to a bar for beers!  I was actually a little pissed, because I really wanted to get my run in - LOL!!  So, no Thursday workout for me.

I did about an hour run.  I probably ran/walked almost 4 miles or so.

Today at Target I picked up Jillian's 30 day Shred DVD so I did that today.  Not as bad as I expected.  I think I'll go up to level 2 tomorrow and see how that goes.
