- 30 minute PT - strength, stretch, & core
- 75 minute spin
- 30 minute run

I think it'll be an early night.

Ran out of time for my full run today - oops!  Didn't get started early enough.  There's a new dog in our home and she needs some extra attention.  Oh well, I guess I'll try a brick tomorrow.

Swam another 1600 meters today. Feelinh a lot better today since marathon was Sunday. I am planning on swimming 7500 meters tomorrow. Too cold ND Riny for a swim in the ocean but I did find a sweet 50 meter pool by in-laws. Take care...
