Friday's Workout!

Today was a great workout.  I went to the gym and ran a mile (wanting to do 13).  I couldnt loosen up so I sat on the equipment for 30 minutes or so and read the paper.

As you well know, you just can never tell what the body is going to do on any given day.  Oh well, at least you read the paper!

I made it 30 of the 40 min I was supposed to do this morning.  I would have finished, but I didn't get up real early this morning since I didn't have to.  Besides, I wanted to get to my Tai Chi Chih class.  Long run is tomorrow anyway.

Today I ended up doing 35 minutes of cardio. Wanted to do 45 but i figure i can get some stairs in at work. I did my legs on weights and left the gym feeling good. This week has been a hard one there has been several day's where i have not wanted to go to the gym but i have gone anyway. I hope next week is better.
