Thursday workout!

I did 6.8 miles on a treadmill today with some light weights and lots of stretching.

Tonight I will be going to yoga and maybe the body pump class.
I miss running!  As soon as I get some cold weather running gear, I will start again.

I did an hour spin class followed by 30 minutes of running on the treadmill, with no hip pain. 

With the Disney marathon just a month away, I have my fingers crossed that all the cross-training will get me to the finish line. My legs will certainly be well rested as a result of this extended taper.

I actually made it to my early morning spin class today!  It was a great workout, even though my legs were a little tired from last night's run.
