Thursday workout!
I did an hour spin class followed by 30 minutes of running on the treadmill, with no hip pain.
With the Disney marathon just a month away, I have my fingers crossed that all the cross-training will get me to the finish line. My legs will certainly be well rested as a result of this extended taper.
