Tuesday Workouts!!

Hi Everyone!! 

I ran 5 miles after work.  Its about 58 degrees here in NJ - I ran in short sleeves and capri pants.  What a difference from this past Saturday, when it was about 20 degrees during my morning run!!  I think I prefer the warmer weather - LOL!!

So, what is everyone else doing today??

I had back-to-back finals this morning, so I went to an early evening spin class.  Great workout!

I ran 3.1miles in 24:59 and swam 1600meters in 26:26. Hope everyone is well!

6 miles on the bike. But it took me 31.10 minutes. I have to shave that extra minute off!

Isn't the warmer weather great? Too bad it is raining today. Yesterday I went to PT - lots of squats. My knee is getting much better, I am excited!
