Good for you getting up early and getting it done!

I had an 8-miler in my plan, which I was able to do in 1:11:19.  Started out the first 2 miles at 6.5 then the last 6 at 6.8.  Felt good today!

I did a 3 mile run/walk this morning.  Felt like crap but made myself get up and do it.  I've been struggling with congestion and a bit of a sore throat most of the week.
