Friday Workouts

I've been doing a lot of treadmill work and my weight loss slowed down so today I went back to the bike. Man, all the jogging really helped my biking. I finally got to 6 miles in 30 minutes! Woot, woot. I've been aiming for that for a while, but not getting there.

So I'm happy.

I consentrated on staying in my PJ's as long as I could today.  It was a HUGE success.

I went to the gym and worked on upper body and abs.

Mine was a short run today - only the 2nd workout all week!  Oh well, the semester is almost over.

35 min run, 4 miles.
