I ran 3 miles with my running group.  What's everyone up to, today???

Today was kind of a rest day.... I just did 4 x 300meter swim. 1st: 5:33 2nd 4:59 3rd 4:48 4th 4:49

I did 30 min on the elliptical and a 1 mile run,

5'6" - 302/155-158

I did some stretching and some upper body lifting.  Nothing too hard.
